Double T Vietnamese Noodle House began the way most honest things do — with a recipe passed down through generations and a refusal to compromise on flavor. Our broth is the heart of everything we do: bones simmered for fourteen hours, aromatics charred just right, and a balance of star anise, cinnamon, and coriander seed that has remained unchanged since day one.

We opened our doors in Pasadena so our neighbors could taste what happens when patience meets craft. Every bowl is made to order. Every ingredient is chosen with care. And every guest is treated like family — because that's exactly what we are.
